Yeah thats not fucking fair i think everyone she get the same subject for questions not the kind of question that made us look bad. Well If we Ask you in front og millions of crowd that question what would u say? And the FUcking reporter makes it look like Ms. Philippines was tease that she is Ms Perfect Fuck YOU REPORTER!!!

@ibabaonon agreed, people are pushing her to explain mistakes, as if they can do that in 30 sec. and what if no mistake is huge for her, probably she has already forgiven herself. Sometimes the mistakes that we recall by instant are those that still bother us.
she’s a positive person, that’s why she thanked her family for their love and support, that’s why no mistake is still major to her til today.
Only regretful people want to dwell in their mistakes.

@relaxingcyd also did u not know that she talked about her dethronement many times on national tv; and very much accessible on utube. it was nothing personal, it was a learning experience for her. “mistakes teach us lessons” & i think her almost dethronement taught her just that.

@relaxingcyd do u really understand what i’m saying? i was referring to the info inconsistencies that bpci thought were ground for her dethronement… actually, my mom had same mistake with her bio details. she had a very very hard time getting a passport, because what she thought was a minor glitch in her bio details made her life almost miserable in not getting a passport in time… just like what i said, learn to pay attention to details, even the minor ones… i commit mistakes, people do!

why would ABC compare Venus and President Bush? President Bush was a political figure asked of his mistakes as president, Venus was a beauty queen contestant. Plus, Venus has a 30 sec. time limit, she would have no time to explain her mistake and solution in half a minute.
And she gave a correct personal answer, that no problem is major to her because she turns to her family for love and support, and it’s true no problem is bigger than that.

@frneodama She was not able to describe her gown properly, she said “I love my gown because it’s comfortable to USE and it’s so VERY VERY flowy”. She is fond of repeating words.
I think what she meant to say was “You know what sir, in my 22 years of existence, there is nothing major mistake that I have done in my life. I am happy because my family raised me very well as for me not to commit mistakes. So thank you so much that I am here. Thank you, thank you so much.” “major major” was not a big deal, and “problem” is DIFFERENT from “mistake”. She was just not able to express herself because of pressure.

Analyzing the question given to ms. Philippines was tricky and will never derive to a correct answer just by saying what is her biggest mistake in her life. The word BIG MISTAKE is immeasurable. a big mistake of one person may not be seen as big mistake by another individual. Even survey shows that people cannot answer the same question. Questions given to other candidates were just so easy.
@whitewolfhead – im not criticizing, its a big question. And apparently no one notices. You cant be called Miss Universe if you only know one language. You will tour around and represent yourself with a translator?
she did answer the judge but it wasn’t a huge mistake.
What’s the biggest mistake she has ever made? Maria didn’t answer the question and it cost her the Miss Universe Crown!
Part of being a candidate in this pageant is to be very candid and ready to answer any question she might be asked.

@vicrush123 ……hey hey hey….her BIO is not her mistake…..when you say your mistake…..It means that you are the one who made it. Her Bio issue and dethronement were done by another person to her….but not her herself….example…lindsay Lohan…she did drugs…now she wants to correct her mistakes….Furthermore, Why she shud she tell something about her dethronement when araneta herself was with her there in Vegas…..baka pagalitan pa sya si araneta. after the pageant….diba?
