@paomolina yep its called selective hearing disorder females are really good at it only hear what they want to its funny how people with add adhd cant concentrate when at school etc but dont have any probs playing computer games or watching tv load of crap nothing a good feed some direction in life and a kick in the ass wouldnt fix
@dihle12 if u are so sure…. will you tell me the process that u used to pay attention?…. do u sit still and look the person who is talking to u in the eye and that’s paying attention? when u listen sounds….. do u always decide which sounds to hear? when u close ur eyes and lay in bed are u always sleeping? maybe u should consider the fact that there are things that ur body does that u don’t have control off…. only most of us would like to think we are perfectly in control

its not easy struggling with adhd or depression.
Seeing as apparently ADD, ADHD, and depression are ‘fake’,
I’m guessing all of us diagnosed with ADD just choose to get off track? And ‘not being able to focus’ is our excuse for not being focused, even though we say we want to be, right? You think we choose to be depressed most of the time when we know our lives are great? I understand how people have their doubts about it, but you’ve never been in our shoes.
