I’ve been struggling a lot with depression symptoms. It’s hard, and a lot of my friends and my parents don’t really take it seriously when I try to tell them…I’ve been having some issues with friends, but I actually talked to one about it today, so I hope it gets better. It’s a lot of stress to, just like the boy in this video, and it gets hard to handle. I want to be able to fight it on my own without seeing a psychologist. Does that really help? Just talking to someone?
