Earlier on Suburgatory Season 1 Episode 12 “The Casino Trip”, When George wins a great all expenses paid vacation to Atlantic City, he enlists Noah, Fred, Tom and Alex, and it turns right getaway with the people. During their trip they come upon Steven Royce (Jay Mohr) (who is allowed to be in Singapore), and they help Fred overcome his gambling problem. Meanwhile Tessa tries to get some alone time with Scott Strauss (Thomas McDonell).

But little by minor she and her dad begin finding a way to survive on the clean streets in the ‘burbs. Sure, the neighbors might smother a person with love while their own kids stare daggers pictures back, but underneath all that will plastic and caffeine, they’re really not half bad. And they do complete a tasty pot roast.
