Minneapolis duo of Todd Casper and Thomas Cranley . Graceful, moving, and both dreary and dreamy. With layered guitars creating a hazy atmosphere with melancholy but not whiny vocals, it’s all rather pleasant. The songs are meticulously created and easily enjoyable.
