A LOT……TRUST ME!!!!
LEARN more about ur body, how it works and good nutrition. THERE ARE NO SHORTCUTS to feeling and looking good!
The worse thing you could do is go on some wacky diet,…you have to change ur eating patterns to a healthy daily routine that can be followed the rest of ur life.
Let the “sucker born every minute” buy the grapefruit pills, and lemonaide diet…you go get info and learn GOOD lifelong nutritional habits.
Do some lite weight lifting and 30 minutes of hard cardio 3 times a week. This isn’t reading a magazine on the treadmill. Swim, run, or bike HARD for 30 minutes…or more!
A Pilates class at the local gym will teach you some great abs routines.
If you drink alcohol you better count those calories and realize that it’ll slow ur metabolism down overall.
If the scam pill diets worked (or the penis elongating pills) then everyone would be thin and all guys well-hung.
well yes, to an extent. If your healthier when your younger, your more likely to stay in shape and be healthy as an adult. but if you get into the bad habit of not being healthy when your young, chances are you won’t be when your older.
This is really good question. Your body is in the assimilation mode during teen and in twenties. Bone density and muscle density increases during this age. after this, the body goes to the balancing mode for nearly about a decade. Then it starts the resorpton. If you have assimilated a lot, your resorption will be longer and slower. So assimilate more of bones and muscles and as low of fat as possible during teen and early twenties. For more onformation write to healthpromoters@yahoogroups.com
