@monsterhead13 Companies pay YouTube money to play their ads to increase the likelyhood that people will buy their goods/services. If ads were removed, YouTube wouldn’t be getting the money it needs to keep up with operating cost. If this happens, either YouTube will have to shut down or we will have to pay to watch videos on youtube. I think having to watch a 10-second ad is reasonable to be able to watch free-content on the internet.
