Aesthetic Training for Physicians is on the Rise – Don’t Miss the Revenue Opportunities

Empire Medical Training

(PRWEB) November 18, 2011

Aesthetic procedures continue to rise in demand, so what can this increase mean for a physician’s practice? Well, the more common these treatments become, the more people will search for practices that offer the service. Don’t be the only clinic in the area lacking this lucrative practice. Empire Medical Training has an outstanding aesthetic training course that can teach physicians and doctors alike how to perform aesthetic treatments ranging from Botox training to dermal filler training.

Doctors and practitioners that already have a practice can find some extra revenues by adopting more than one service. With the popularity of cosmetic procedures on the rise, physicians should not limit their clinics by supplying people with just one kind of service or one kind of specialty. It is much more efficient for both physicians and clients when the doctor can provide many options in just one location. Aesthetic training can help physicians gain more business by not having to refer. Those recommendations would not be needed if a doctor or practice were to adopt aesthetic treatments in their own clinics. They would be able to maintain their current clients while experiencing the business that another physician would have received. This can be achieved by attending one of the best aesthetic workshops in the country: The aesthetic training course being offered by Empire Medical Training.

An aesthetic workshop with Empire Medical Training teaches doctors and practitioners how to properly practice aesthetic procedures such as the following:

-Botox Treatments:

With this course, physicians will learn all the latest techniques in treating a client with anti aging requests. Doctors will learn not only the latest techniques but also the safest measures to follow to best treat their patients. This would ensure the patients safety and satisfaction.

The best marketing is a happy patient.

-Dermal Fillers for Wrinkles and Unattractive Facial Lines:

The Botox and Dermal Fillers programs are just a small portion of the entire Aesthetic Training workshops we offer. This workshop will teach doctors how to effectively apply dermal filler injections in a safe manner on patients in order to achieve the most desirable results. This particular aesthetic training course will educate physicians on the latest and most innovative ways to help patients look younger and vibrant!

-Acne Treatments:

Several individuals experience acne and scarring sometime in their lifetime. Acne treatments are not just limited to teenagers, but adults also seek such treatments. Although the reasons for acne may differ, there are solutions physicians can learn in order to treat them. Therefore, there is a wide ranged audience attracted to such procedures, so applying this to a practice is an excellent way to acquire some extra profit!

There are many more types of services physicians will be able to learn at Empire Medical Training’s aesthetic training course. There are simply too many benefits a doctor can gain by adding aesthetic procedures to their services and no practitioner should miss out on such a great opportunity that can significantly and positively affect their business.

For specific questions about any of the training programs, feel free to contact our office at 866-333-6747. We are available everyday from 9am to 6pm EST. For a complete list of our courses, available dates, discounts, etc, please visit http://www.EmpireMedicalTraining.com

Miss South Carolina Bree Boyce Talks to fitsmi.com(TM) Radio about Her Journey from Being an Obese Teen to Becoming a Beauty Queen

(PRWEB) November 04, 2011

Bree Boyce shares her story on a fitsmi.com Radio special podcast about her incredible journey from being a 230 lb. teen girl to winning the title of Miss South Carolina. The beauty queen speaks candidly about what motivated her to stop yo-yo dieting and start losing the weight and taking control over her health. The original interview aired live on Tuesday, November 1.

Speaking with fitsmi.com Radio host and author of Teenage Waistland, Abby Ellin, Ms. Boyce explained what finally motivated her to lose 110 lbs, “The straw that broke the camel’s back was when I went to the doctor at age 17 and I had knee problems,” explained Ms. Boyce. “ And I had put it off for so long because I knew exactly what he was going to tell me, and I hated going to the doctor’s office because I hated getting weighed.

Finally when I went to the doctor, he looked at me, and said ‘you know, you haven’t had an injury because, let’s be honest, you’re not physically active like most teens, so there’s no injury there. But it is the weight that’s bearing down on your knees that’s causing the pain.’

He told me that it was basically up to me to change this and he actually handed me a handicap sticker [for my car] and said ‘best of luck, I hope that you can do this. You have to do it for yourself. You can’t do it for anyone else.’”

On exercise and going to the gym, Bree confessed, “I started off very slowly, walking around my neighborhood because I was embarrassed to go to the gym in my hometown because it was huge and I knew that everybody would be there, and I was embarrassed to go around other people who were stick thin and in the gym working out.”

Miss South Carolina, now age 22, offered her tips to teens on how she personally made small but sustainable changes that worked for her, but she knows it’s not easy, saying “Because being a teenager, and trying to constantly always watch what you’re eating and get physical activity can be very emotionally draining. And when your friends are naturally thin, they don’t understand the things that you’re going through, especially when you’re trying to keep your grades good, and you’re trying to have your family life, and have your social life, it’s very hard.”

fitsmi.com Radio airs every other Tuesday at 7:00 pm EST and can be accessed at fitsmi.com. Upcoming guests on fitsmi.com Radio include Connie Sobczak, Executive Director of The Body Positive on November 15.

fitsmiForMoms.com Radio airs every other Friday at 1:00 pm EST and the November 11th show will feature Susan Burke March, dietician and author of Making Weight Control Second Nature.

fitsmi.com is a new web community where teen girls struggling with their weight (ages13-18) can go to feel good about themselves, access tools that help them make positive lifestyle changes to last a lifetime, laugh, get reliable information, build friendships, and find support.

fitsmiForMoms.com is the first social network for parents of overweight kids and teens. It provides the specialized support, information, and expert advice that parents need to help their overweight child. fitsmiForMoms.com is a separate companion site to fitsmi.com.
