As a parent I was shocked by the amount of profanites used on the Teen Choice Awards last night! Granted that they bleeped them out for TV, but I saw little girls in the audience who couldn’t be any older than 5 or 6! Avril Lavigne said motherf*ckin for crying out loud! We’re so worried about our kids looking up to Britney, Paris and Lindsey, but they seem to not be the only ones we have to look out for!
Not only that, Miley Cyrus was certainly wearing a low cut dress! She got up for an award and had to “hold herself in her dress” before she popped out! Not to mention the various other teen rolemodel celebrites that were scantily clad as well. I just think it’s sad that young girls are growing up thinking that’s what they have to look like.
