Jab Fitness/Xtreme Boot Camp 360º will be celebrating its one year anniversary with an Xtreme Boot Camp 360º open house and complimentary party in the “Jab Lounge” on Friday April 7th from 9 to midnight. The festivities continue on Saturday April 8th from 9 am to 5 pm with Family Fitness Day complete with free boot camp, live DJ, special Health and Fitness guests, fitness assessments, gifts and prizes for the whole family. Xtreme Boot Camp 360º, the only boot camp set up to create the night club atmosphere, consists of twenty indoor obstacles that are constantly changing, disco lights and live DJ.

The obstacles cover all aspects of a full body workout and include everything from kickboxing, boxing, rope climbing and the all-time favorite, military push-ups. You can start at anytime and move at your own pace, it is not a mass group start like other traditional boot camps. You work at each obstacle for three minutes; each song being pumped out by the DJ is timed so when the music fades you know its time to move to the next obstacle. Xtreme Boot Camp 360º current member’s range in age from 11 to 85 yrs, and is one of the few workouts parents can do with their teenagers.

Jab Fitness is the largest private training facility in the Valley with members ranging in age from 11 to 85 yrs old. Everyone is trained like a celebrity; the trainers focus on each person, one on one, to set personal goals, and improve health and fitness levels. Each member is taught how to improve the way they perform in physical activities as well as the simple activities they perform in daily living.

Judy Barnow, owner and creator of Jab Fitness/ Xtreme Boot Camp 360º, is a fighter and survivor. She is the thirteenth of fifteen children, lived in foster care until her adoption at seven and then her adopted parents divorced. She found solace in health, dancing and fitness. At 22 Judy became pregnant and gained 97 pounds which took a year and a half to loose. It was during this time of working out to loose the weight that she realized her niche in life was motivating people to achieve better health and fitness. Judy spent years working on perfecting Xtreme Boot Camp 360º and her passion and dedication are evident throughout the whole Jab Fitness/ Xtreme Boot Camp 360º experience.
