Train all the social workers, teachers, principals, police and which ever authority you choose! The fact is parents don’t participate in their children’s lives enough. Ask every parent about their child, and the reply you will get is “my child is a good child, he’s not involved in anything bad.” Ask the mother of one of the boys who committed the murder, i bet her reply would be “My son is a good boy, he would never do something like that.” Yet, a kid is dead!

That was definitely relevant when that was the situation then… But that is not now, Corruption is masked, we need to focus on school systems, cities, lets look at who is running those areas and i think we might find some answers..
