As if your age and obvious immaturity weren’t enough of a reason to not get pregnant.
Holland has the lowest rate of teen pregnancy in the whole of europe and the lowest rate of stds. They start teaching sex education at five and it is a continued study right the way through school. I think education such as this lifts the taboo on sex and also makes it less of an adult activity. At the end of the day they are obviously doing something right.

People blame it on the parents, if this was a crime they would be the only responsables because at the age of 14 and mentally sane they do know damn right what a pregnancy means but there is no one to blame for having a kid is not a crime.
