Teenagers Charged With Arson After Playground Fire
EL PASO, Texas — Two boys, ages 13 and 14, face arson charges after lighting a playground on fire in South Central El Paso on Wednesday. Fire officials said the total damage comes with a price tag of $120,000 after they said the two teenagers lit the whole structure on fire with a lighter.
