If you mean like dancing in teen music videos you should probably get some dancing lessons or dance in a school play first. But even if you haven’t danced before but you can dance try it maybe you’ll get a chanse to show them

If you’re thinking of just to appear in a music video idk you should probably just go to an audition and be good looking
